He was a licensed partner of Kohl & Partner from 2007-2015. He has operational experience in the management of hotels and restaurants and has an extensive network of investors and industry specialists.

Sebastian Dimmeler has over 23 years of management experience in the international top hotel industry at well-known companies such as Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Althoff Hotels and Sacher Hotels up to director level. He has extensive knowledge of the operational and structural issues of a hotel property and an understanding of the internal relationships in all hotel areas. He is a state-certified real estate trustee (real estate agent and property developer) and management consultant.

Julie is Canadian and Swiss, bilingual in English and French. She has been working for the company in the administrative area since 2015 and brings her experience from the cosmetics and tourism industries.

Her cross-cultural and interpersonal skills permit her to evolve in dynamic international environments


Marcel Inäbnit

Senior Consultant

Marcel Inäbnit grew up in the Bernese Oberland and became interested in tourism and the hotel industry at an early age. His path led him to the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he studied business administration with a specialisation in tourism. He gained a wide range of experience as a member of the executive board and as a managing director in the hotel industry (including the Victoria-Jungfrau Collection AG), the consumer goods industry and in the development of new business units. His focus is on business management, strategy, marketing management and business development.


Seraphin Abel Schobin

Consultant, Dipl. Hôtelier-Restarateur HF, EFZ Cook

Seraphin has 5 years of professional experience in the Swiss 5-star hotel industry and with gourmet cuisine. Well-known establishments such as the Hotel Schweizerhof Bern, the Omnia Mountain Lodge Zermatt and the Grand Hotel Du Lac Vevey have given him a deep insight into luxury accommodation. From 2019 to 2020, he managed the F&B department of a 3* hotel in Valais and a lodge in the Bernese Oberland on behalf of Hotel & Gastro Consulting. He brings skills from the most important departments of the hotel industry, front office, housekeeping, controlling, F&B. With his studies at the” Hotelfachschule Thun”, he has broadened and deepened his knowledge in the management field. At Hotel & Gastro Consulting GmbH he acts as a consultant specialising in Food & Beverage organisation.
